2025/2026 Registration Form

If you are interested in enrolling in the 2025/2026 school year, please fill out a registration form or contact us at [email protected] or 360.513.7447.

Please submit a registration form and a non-refundable registration fee to save your child's spot at our school:

1. Fill out and submit the form below.
2. Submit your non-refundable registration fee via the home page of our website. The "Make a Payment" link is directly below the "Enroll Now" link.
3. ***Make sure to include your child's first and last name under the "Description" field.***
4. Or you can submit a check or cash by dropping off or mailing the check to: Joyful Learning Preschool, 1201 Southeast 136th Avenue, Vancouver, WA 98683.
5. ***Make sure to include your child's first and last name on the check or envelope.***
