Young children are naturally curious, creative risk-takers. We can nurture their natural instincts to question, build, and problem solve by offering them playful STEM activities that develop their critical thinking skills and creativity!
Our STEM class offers children with a hands-on learning approach with an emphasis on math and science to give preschoolers more exposure to early learning and prepare them for kindergarten. Each STEAM activity will involve students drawing a design; building and executing their experiment and then reporting how it went. This helps build executive functioning by being able to make a plan, follow their plan and how well their plan worked or what they needed to change next time, teaching kids cause-and-effect method! This class is offered 2 days a week on Mondays and Wednesdays from 12:30-3:00 and will run for the entire school year, September-June. The price is $200 a month |
